I knew quickly this was a solid buy. The quality seems good, and the price felt totally fair to me. No regrets

I really like the clean designs. I mean, they just look great in my place and make everything feel a bit more put together.

I ordered this from RS Barcelona it looks really nice now that it’s finally set up. The weird part is, the product itself feels solid and well made, but the assembly instructions weren’t as clear as I expected. I ended up having to backtrack and redo a couple of steps, which made the whole thing take longer than planned. With two people, installation was manageable, but I definitely wouldn’t call it easy to do alone. Overall I’m happy with how it turned out, I just wish getting there had been a little smoother.

I emailed rsbarcelona.com because I had a question about my order, and they did get back to me fairly quickly. Not instantly or anything, but it was fine. The person who replied was helpful and answered my question without making it feel more confusing than it needed to be. I did have to send one follow-up, which is why I’m giving 4 stars, but after that everything got sorted. So yeah, overall a decent experience, just with a tiny bit of waiting around...

I bought an RS Barcelona piece for our game room, and to be fair, the quality is really nice. It feels solid, heavy in the right way, and the finish looks clean when you’re up close. You can tell they didn’t just throw it together, so I’ll give them credit for that.

That said, I’m annoyed because for what they charge, the whole experience should’ve been smoother. The price is already high, and then the delivery took longer than expected, which feels like something they should have handled better. The product itself is great, but they’re definitely to blame for making the buying process more frustrating than it needed to be.

But I got the tracking info quickly, and the package actually showed up a few days earlier than I thought it would. The box was in good shape too, which was a nice surprise. No issues at all, so yeah, I’m happy with how it turned out.
